How can I extend my accreditation within the same standard (scope extention)?
Submitting a scope extension takes place in our PRISMA Application Tool. In this tool, you will be guided through the process of submitting an extension request. If you select the standard for which you want to submit an extension request, you will automatically be presented with the appropriate forms.
If you started preparing a scope extension before March 7 2023, you will still submit your accreditation application with application forms that you send by mail. Do you have questions about this? If so, contact your own Accreditations Project Coordinator (PCA).
How can I extend my accreditation to include another standard?
An accreditation request for a new standard is treated as an application for a new accreditation. Submitting an accreditation request takes place in our PRISMA Application Tool. This tool guides you through the process of submitting an accreditation request. If you select the standard for which you want to submit an accreditation request, you will automatically be shown the appropriate forms. As an RvA customer, your colleague who is registered with us as your organization’s first contact person has been given an account in ourĀ PRISMA Application tool Tool. The first contact person can create new accounts for employees of your organization in the PRISMA Application Tool.
Before the PRISMA Application Tool is up and running, I have already started preparing an extension accreditation application, such as filling out the forms. How do I proceed?
If you started preparing for an extension accreditation application before March 8, 2023, you will still submit your accreditation application with application forms that you send by mail. Do you have questions about this or had not yet downloaded all the forms from our website? If so, please contact your own Project Coordinator for Accreditations (PCA). He or she will send you the necessary forms. You can also choose to copy the information you have gathered in information and already completed forms into the application tool yourself. As an RvA customer, your colleague who is registered with us as your organization’s first contact person has been given an account in our Application Tool . The first contact person can create new accounts for employees off your organization in the Application Tool.
Can I submit an urgent application for accreditation or scope expansion?
Due to the independent role of the RvA, we are unable to respond to rush or priority requests for accreditation or extension applications. All applications are processed according to our standard procedures and within the deadlines. More information can be found in our document BR002; Accreditation Policy Rule.
