Satisfied, dedicated and enthusiastic staff work more effectively and more efficiently, they are more customer focussed and deliver higher quality. For a knowledge-based organisation such as the RvA it is also important to offer highly-educated and specialist staff an inspiring working environment.
In order to know what our staff regard as being important every two years we conduct a staff satisfaction survey. It is a survey that encourages staff to think along with us about how we can approach things better. The suggestions for improvement are included in the annual plans of the RvA.
