How do I file a complaint about the RvA?
Do you have a complaint about our work or about one of our employees? If so, please complete the complaint form.
Submit your complaint in writing within one year of when the complaint arose. The complaint may not have been filed earlier. The full provisions are described in Complaint Procedure RvA. After submitting your complaint, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt within one hour. This message will also contain the registration number of your complaint. We request that you always use this number when you have questions regarding your complaint. Within ten working days you will receive a personal response regarding the further handling of your report. Thereafter, we will keep you informed about the handling in the interim.
Note: We guarantee that investigations and decisions regarding complaints about the RvA itself or assessors working for the RvA will not result in the complainant being treated differently.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint about the RvA
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint about the RvA, you can petition the National Ombudsman within one year to investigate. The National Ombudsman is an independent and impartial organization. For more information, visit www.nationaleombudsman.nl.
