  • We offer competitive salaries and an attractive package of secondary benefits.
  • RvA staff have a 38-hour working week; however, they actually work 40 hours per week and thus accrue an extra 12 paid days off.
  • The minimum number of holidays is 25 days per year.
  • In addition to their monthly salary, RvA employees also receive 8% annual holiday allowance and a year-end bonus.
  • We have an attractive pension scheme.
