The RvA invests in people:
- All new staff undergo extensive induction. For staff with a specialist position, such as team leaders, that also includes a full qualification stage.
- The RvA provides annually personal training courses so that staff can develop themselves and achieve the required in-depth knowledge.
- Broader training is organised, for example to keep staff abreast of changes to standards and regulations. A great deal of attention is also paid to harmonisation meetings with team leaders and technical experts.
- The RvA provides excellent career development opportunities; not just for staff who wish to develop within their job but also for staff who wish to progress into another job.
