Report on RvA-accredited organisations

We only accept reports about RvA-accredited organisations. Also, your report must concern the accredited activities of the organisation in question. The overview of these activities can be found in the scope of accreditation of the organisation concerned. Find the scope via the ‘all accredited’ page.

You should first submit your complaint to the relevant organisation. The accredited organisation is required to have its own complaints procedure. Please use this first. The RvA will not consider your report until this procedure has been completed. We always ask you to attach documents and evidence of this.

If you choose to remain anonymous in the handling of your report, we will make every effort within our power to protect your identity as much as possible. Please note, however, that despite our confidential treatment, the accredited body may still be able to identify you from the details of the report. Please take into account that submitting a complaint anonymously may limit our ability to process it.

We only handle reports concerning RvA-accredited organisations. An accreditation usually does not apply to the entire organisation, but only to specific activities. We call this the ‘scope’. You can only submit a report about accredited activities.
