Publication new version ASR007 – Requirements for schemes and scheme owners

The Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA) has published a new version of Accreditation Specification RvA – ASR007. This document describes the RvA policy and procedures regarding schemes and scheme owners and is applicable for (external) scheme owners and to all organizations that work with (in-house) schemes.
Earlier this year, documents BR012 and T033 were merged into ASR007. Over the last period the RvA has worked on further updating and simplifying this document. ASR007 is based on the requirements for working with schemes and scheme owners stipulated by the international organizations EA and IAF in documents EA-1/22 and IAF MD 25. Significant changes of the ASR are indicated in Chapter 11.
The RvA shows her appreciation to the Vereniging van Schemabeheerders, NVCi, and Fenelab for their comments. These organisations were informed directly about the way in which their comments were processed.
