Publication new ASR259 (Dutch) concerning the accreditation of certification schemes in the context of soil management

ASR259 describes the assessment method for certification schemes in the context of soil management. These schemes are in line with the ‘Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving’ (activities in the living environment decree), the ‘Besluit bodemkwaliteit’ (Soil Quality Decree) and the ‘Regeling bodemkwaliteit 2022’ (Soil Quality Regulation 2022). Accreditation based on the schemes relating to soil management is one of the conditions that a certification body must meet in order to be eligible for ministerial recognition under the ‘Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving’ and the ‘Besluit bodemkwaliteit’.
