Publication of new ASR244 – Inspection of Soil Protection Facilities (Dutch)

The Dutch Accreditation Council has published a new Accreditation Specification RvA – ASR244. With the publication of this new ASR244, SAP-I003 is no longer valid.
The following changes have been made compared to SAP-I003 (version 5 dated 20 October 2017):
• General: conversion of SAP to current ASR template.
• H1.3 and H1.4: Addition of AS SIKB 6800 and 6900.
• H2: Scope of accreditation aligned with current protocols and AS SIKB 6800 and 6900 added.
• H3.2: Clarification of requirements regarding the nature and content of the assessments. The number of witnesses has also been aligned with the current SIKB and RvA requirements.
• H4: Add specific points of attention for the RvA assessment. Removal of the obligation to participate in ring tests and changed to a point of attention for harmonisation and uniformity of the inspections carried out. Addition of points of attention regarding the transition phase and directional corrective advice.
• H5: Update information regarding applications for recognition: bodemplus+ changed to Rijkswaterstaat and IPLO.
• H6: Update information regarding the ministry and implementing body involved.
