Consultation ASR003 Risk based approach to accreditation
Document ASR-003 is in revision. The current publication is expanded from multisite accreditation to the risk based approach for accreditation.
Document EA-2/19 shows an overview of the risks RvA is required to consider when planning assessments and regarding the accreditation programme of the CAB. The use of these risk factors is not new. The publication of a RvA document that specifies these factors is new. Hence, a transition period for this document is not foreseen. The goal of this document is give more transparency on the factors that helps determining the sample.
