Joint communiqué ISO, ILAC & IAF concerning medical laboratories
4 november 2009; ISO, ILAC and IAF have released a joint communiqué concerning the quality management requirements for medical laboratories. In this communiqué is stated that medical laboratories accredited to ISO 15189:2007 are recognized as meeting the management system principles of ISO 9001:2008.
